Yes. If you send me a photo of the wall that you're thinking about for the painting, I can send back a photo including the painting superimposed onto its location so you have a better idea of how it might look. (The photo needs to be a view straight on, not from an angle)

Customer service is very important to me. In fairness, your purchase is expected to be final. If you are concerned about your artwork, please contact me right away so that we can come to an agreement. It is essential to look at all the photos of the artwork you wish to buy. I try hard to ensure the photos are the colours of the original artwork; however, even phones and other devices of the same company will display different colours. If you are in the London area, you can set an appointment to view the art.

After you choose the size of your Pet Portrait or Memory Frame I will pick the photo that best suits your portrait size/style; square, horizontal, or vertical. (I always communicate my suggestions for the best photo with you.) Please tell me if you have a favourite photo that you want me to use. Upload or email as many photos as you would like. Separate photos can be combined for portraits with two animals together.

Portraits are primarily of the heads only. Depending on the composition, especially with two pets in one portrait, part of the body may be shown. The quality of the finished portrait is the top priority.

The logo image on website and social media photos is a watermark displayed on the photos to protect the copyright of the images. Your hand painted portrait does not have a logo on it. I sign your painting and add the numbered day, month, and year.
