Shipping Policy
As a small business, your satisfaction is as important to me as creating a wonderful product. So, I have chosen to split the shipping costs of my smaller works, portraits, and memory frames with you. I split the shipping costs with my clients; e.g. for small works, a $10 shipping fee will be added at checkout.
I ship your artwork using a Canadian delivery company that offers first-rate service and pricing options.

You will always be provided with a tracking number.
You are welcome to pick up your art from my studio in London, ON.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer service is paramount to me. In fairness, your purchase is expected to be final. If you are concerned about your artwork, please get in touch with me right away.

It is essential to look at all the photos of the artwork you wish to buy. I try hard to ensure the photos are the colours of the original artwork; however, even phones and other devices of the same company will display different colours. If you are in the London area, you can set an appointment to view the art.
Communication will always be part of a major fine art purchase; I am happy to provide more photos and create a mock-up using your home or office wall to understand better how the artwork will look in your space.

Portraits and Memory Frame Purchases
These are custom pieces; therefore, there is no exchange or refund. If you prefer to know the look of the portrait of your pet prior to me painting it, I can provide a quick pencil sketch. As always, I do everything I can to ensure you are satisfied with your painting or Memory Frame. Please view my many examples of work for other clients.
