I had stained a canvas black with a white centre, sewn grids, and created a cool white fray, but I wasn't sure what to do next, and so it sat for years. Recently experimenting with textured mediums, I created a fun, half-hidden heart using circles and the background.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I am driven by experimentation in my work. I lean toward thinking deeply and sensitively about, well, everything; often, my work reflects those emotions.
